An agent finishes a job: a scan, a render, a report, a spreadsheet. It needs to hand you the file. dl.tlcailab.com turns that file into one link you can text, email or paste anywhere. The link opens a page with the file's name, size and checksum and a Download button. Nothing else is reachable from it.
